Video production in the Mexican desert

A small team of cameraman, technicians and actors worked two days in the middle of the Mexican desert. The images follow the text of Carlos Fuentes: “an old man sitted in a wheelchair has been abbandoned in the night of the desert between Mexico and US”.

Sound recording in Brussels

Air sounds, percussive clicks and voice effects have been recorded by the Ictus Ensemble clarinetists Dirk Descheemaeker and Benjamin Dieltjens.  The voice of the actor François Beukelaers and the viola d’amore of Garh Knox have been also captured as sound material for the performance.
